ENROLLMENT

LifeSong Preschool begins open enrollment in February each school year

 

Our program follows the Orange County Public School system

​

We operate Monday through Thursday from 9am to 2pm, except on Wednesdays we dismiss at 1pm

​

We serve ages 1 through 5, offering a Kindergarten Readiness Class!

​

LifeSong Preschool hosts tours Monday through Thursday from 9:30am until 12pm

​

Forms Needed for Enrollment

Only the Application and Registration fee is needed to enroll and all other forms are due prior to the first day of school

  • Enrollment Application (Click to Download)

  • Handbook

  • Signed Handbook Acknowledgement Page and Model Release Form

  • Copy of Birth Certificate

  • Current Immunization Form (Blue Form: DH 680)

  • Current General Health Form (Gold Form:DH 3040)

  • Signed Influenza Brochure
